Campaign Processing Specialist

United Way of Palm Beach County headquarter in West Palm Beach, Florida is now hiring for a Campaign Processing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be directly responsible for the day-to-day processing of all aspects of pledge processing (administration of data entry, data research and download, and information analysis). Work with the Associate Director and Director of Donor Services to ensure the timely and accurate posting of all Workplace, Accounts Receivable (AR), Miscellaneous (Community), adjustment envelopes and uploads.

The ideal candidate should have donor database experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or finance; will consider experience in lieu of degree; at least 3 years' experience and excellent knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products; specifically, Excel, Word and Outlook

The ideal candidate responsibilities include:

· Process campaign pledges and enter cash receipts into donor database in accordance with pledge processing and finance department procedures.

· Prepare excel spreadsheets for upload into donor database and provide backup documentation for entry.

· Ensure that donor accounts are properly established, and pledges are recorded timely and properly in conformity with United Way standards.

· Ensure that credit card payments received via pledge cards, phone, mail, email, website, and internet are properly and timely charged and applied to the proper donor accounts.

· Ensure that various campaign data is properly classified and segregated in the pledge systems and meets reporting needs.

· Research, locate and/or request backup documentation from appropriate parties and online resources for certification of entry of pledges and payments into the database.

· Data analysis for accounts based on fiscal year AR for proper recording of donations.

· Ensure the daily download and digital filing of data and backup documentation for all entries into Andar.

· Reconciliation of cash receipts from multiple resources to daily entries.

· Review and close daily transactions in donor database.

· Assist, as assigned by management, with the organization's disaster response efforts.

· Perform other duties as assigned.
