Position Summary
The Community Investments Manager delivers comprehensive administrative, organizational, and data analytical support to the Community Investments leadership and program teams. This position facilitates the achievement of departmental, divisional, and organizational objectives by integrating administrative duties with data management responsibilities, ensuring accurate reporting, streamlined operations, and informed, data-driven decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administrative
- Provides executive-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and document/contract preparation.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs and follows through on deadline-driven projects to successful completion.
- Researches,prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and assists with determining the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Maintains open communication with division staff and is available to answer questions related to division-related tasks.
- Maintains division calendar(grants, etc.) and alerts department staff and finance staff of upcoming deadlines related to grant applications, deliverables, and processing of payments.
- Develops and maintains filing systems (digital and physical) for efficient information management.
- Provides technical training and support; research division policies and best practices as needed.
- Assists,when needed,with gathering materials for events with division
- Assists with setting up interviews for open positions in the division and serves as the point of contact through the interview process.
Data Analytics
- Collects, organizes, and maintains program or organizational data in databases and tracking systems.
- Ensures data integrity and confidentiality through accurate entry, quality checks, and compliance with organization policies.
- Assists in data evaluation by compiling reports, analyzing trends, and presenting key findings to inform impact focus areas and strategic planning.
- Coordinates with internal departments to streamline data collection and reporting processes and prepares presentations, summaries, and meeting materials for senior staff.
- Manages project timelines, tracks deliverables, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assists,as assigned by management, with the organization's disaster response
- Perform other duties as opportunities are presented and/or assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Data Management, Human Services or related field.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably with exposure to data management and/or program evaluation.
- Experience supporting high-level administration or related work required.
- Excellent customer/client service relations and people skills to interact with various
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work both independently and collaboratively.

- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality improvement with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, familiarity with office systems, and a strong aptitude for technology.
- Problem-solving and strong decision-making
preferred skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar product)
- Knowledge of performance measurement, reporting, and/or nonprofit evaluation practices.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
