Classification: Full-Time; Non-Exempt

Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Purpose

To directly contribute to the mission of United Way of Palm Beach County by providing administrative support, excellent customer service to callers, visitors, donors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
• Answer in-coming telephone calls, transfer callers as appropriate to the correct office personnel
• Greet visitors in a professional manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail, and packages
• Process invoices through Microix as directed
• Schedule meetings and send invites to attendees
• Transcribe meeting minutes for various departments
• Assist with processing incoming mail
• Monitor and maintain security using office protocols
• Open and close the main lobby
• Assist with general office duties

Education/Experience

• High school graduate
• Five years office experience
• Minimum three years' experience with Excel, Outlook, Word
• Experience managing multiple in-coming telephone lines
